Online PT and Nutritionist for health conditions
Exercise is more than fitness. It’s part of managing your health.
“From cardiovascular diseases to diabetes, and mental health disorders, exercise has shown promising results in alleviating symptoms, improving functional capacity, and enhancing patient wellbeing.”
(Fairag et al., 2024, p. 7).

My husband and I are in our late 60s and early 70s, and Pau has been training us for the past five years. It has truly been a life-changing journey for both of us. We feel fitter, more motivated, and younger than our age, and our improved balance has even helped us avoid a few potential falls. Pau has a wealth of knowledge and experience in his field, and we have complete trust in his guidance. With his patience, professionalism, and warm, pleasant personality, we always look forward to our training sessions. We are very grateful to have him as our personal trainer and highly recommend him.

I am a 56-year-old woman living with multiple sclerosis and two disc hernias. Four years ago, my back pain was so severe that I needed to visit the physio every week, and on some mornings, my husband had to help me out of bed. At one point, I realised I needed to change my habits and do something for myself. With a full-time job and the demands of juggling kids and work, the only option I could see was to commit to one-on-one personal training sessions early in the morning. I began training with Pau four years ago. At the time, my muscle strength and coordination were almost non-existent. Despite this, I saw a pathway to improvement, and I could observe progress week by week. After the first couple of months of training, I was able to space out my physio visits. Within six months, I no longer needed to return to the physio. The improvement in my physical health motivated me to persist, even during the dark and cold winter mornings. I have not missed a session in the last four years, and I consider this one of the best decisions I have made for myself. He is a great motivator, and you will see the results slowly but steadily. He has also helped me with my wight management. During menopause, I gained weight and my cholesterol levels became elevated. At the start of the year, advised by Pau, I decided to change my nutrition habits. Within six months, my test results showed improvement, and my body also reflected positive changes. I could not be happier
